Straight answers.

Yes — you can log visit notes across multiple visits under the same job and track what was completed each time. The invoice goes out when you're ready, not necessarily after the first visit.
Yes — small repairs use a quick quote-to-invoice flow. Larger multi-day jobs can use scope sections, change orders, and job costing. You pick the depth that fits the work.
Not yet. QuickBooks sync is planned for Q1 2027. You can export invoices as CSV or PDF today and import them manually into your accounting software.
E-signature is not available today. Customers can approve quotes by replying to a text or email link. Native e-sign is on the roadmap.
FixerRole is web-responsive and works on any smartphone browser — no app download required. A native mobile app is planned for a future release.
Yes — add parts as line items on any quote or job-cost record. Full parts inventory management across jobs is not yet available, but logging per-job materials takes under a minute.
